By closing the visibility of space at left by the continuity of one and same species of trees which grows rapidly and presents a elongated enough bearing, allow to guide the eyes towards the entrance which is offset from the center the building.  With this line of trees, the blind wall that closes the perspective is attenuated.
 An association of Phoenix dactylifera and olive trees adorn this space  by combining the scale of the building to the horizontality of the place. The regular layout creates a transition between the layout of the entrance and the style of the traditional garden. The roses would reinforce the game of visual barriers and of the transparency, while revealing the identity of the specific characteristics, of the nuances of aromas and of the delicacy of the gardens of the houses of Tunis.
 The mesh composed with olive trees and palms aims to imitate an orchard, in which the users can combine business with pleasure in a space of contemplation, of relaxation and of walk, through the use of antagonistic concepts such the notions empty and full, contrast of shape and of dimension like the static bearing of the olive tree and the dynamic bearing of palm, ...
 The vehicular entrance of the building at the southwest side, is framed by a double row of Phoenix dactylifera adorned at the ground by a massive floral of Cuphea.
 The fountain is treated considering the entire space and to enhance the culmination of a view overlooking the Boulevard of 9th April. A gradient of plants with different heights and colors and a succession of uniform levels are a solution to the existing scales imbalance between building height and the proximity of the fountain.
